These conditions describe a development research service and require qualified legal review before commercial launch. The service operator and support contact must be identified before that launch.
Service scope
VAULT provides a lending interface for loan preparation, public position reads, risk calculations, and unsigned transaction inspection. Execution completes on the external lender. It does not act as a lender, bank, broker or custodian through this interface. Reports are not personalized investment, tax or legal advice, and are not executable lending quotes.
Limitations and risk
Provider data can be stale, unavailable or incorrect. Asset prices, rates, liquidity and liquidation terms can change. Simulations omit costs and cannot prevent losses. A transaction simulation does not guarantee successful execution or establish that instructions match your intent.
No token entitlement, return, discount, sale or service continuity is promised. Proposed $VAULT utility remains unimplemented. Financial execution is disabled.
Responsible use
Do not attempt to access another user’s private reports, evade request limits or compromise the application. Features may change during development. These draft conditions do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
